Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the honey mustard mixture over them. Toss well to coat the wings evenly.

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
