Ingredients
  

  • 2 large pink grapefruits cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey preferably local
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for serving
  • Granola for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the broiler according to manufacturer directions.
  2. In a small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Arrange grapefruit halves on a baking sheet and brush with honey and top with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  4. Broil until golden and juicy, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with Greek yogurt and granola.
  6. Enjoy!
