Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and dried fruits/nuts (if using). Mix well.
- Pour in the melted butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture becomes sticky.
- Line a square or rectangular slice pan with parchment paper.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing it down firmly and evenly.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the slice is firm and set.
- Once chilled, remove the slice from the pan and cut it into squares or slices of your desired size.
