- Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Fry the corn tortillas one by one until they are crispy. Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- To assemble, place a fried tortilla on a plate. Top it with a spoonful of the cooked ground beef, some shredded cabbage, grated cheese, sliced onions, pickled jalapeños, and a drizzle of hot sauce.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and toppings.
- Serve the garnaches hot and enjoy!
