  • In another bowl, mix grated coconut, jaggery, and mashed bananas to make the filling.
  • Take a banana leaf square and place a small portion of the rice flour dough on it. Flatten and shape it into a small circle or oval.
  • Put a spoonful of the coconut-jaggery-banana filling on one side of the dough on the banana leaf.
  • Fold the banana leaf over the filling and press the edges to seal the ada.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.
  • Steam the Ela Adas in a steamer for about 10-15 minutes until cooked.
  • Once done, remove from the steamer and let them cool for a few minutes.
