- In a bowl, mix together the Baijiu (or white wine), garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the hot wok and cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Serve the drunken shrimp hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
