Cut the Brie cheese into 1-inch cubes or wedges.
Set up a breading station: Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in three separate shallow dishes.
Dredge each piece of Brie in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, making sure to cover the cheese completely.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (180°C).
Carefully lower the breaded Brie pieces into the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the fryer.
Fry the Brie for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Remove the fried Brie with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve the Deep Fried Brie hot with cranberry sauce or honey for dipping.
Enjoy!
