In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Slowly add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a clean bowl, cover with a tea towel, and allow it to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Punch down the dough and divide it into two portions – one slightly larger than the other.
Shape the larger portion into a ball and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Shape the smaller portion into a smaller ball and place it on top of the larger one, pressing down slightly to stick them together.
Cover the loaf with a tea towel and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
