Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the clams thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or sand. Discard any clams that are open or cracked.
In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the clams in a single layer in a baking dish. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the clams.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the clams have opened.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the clams.
