In a blender, combine the whole milk, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, and salt. Blend for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Grease a 9-inch round baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Arrange the pitted cherries in the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour the batter over the cherries.
Bake the Clafoutis for 50-55 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Remove the Clafoutis from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
