Method
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the marzipan, powdered sugar, and egg white. Mix until well combined and the dough is smooth.
- Form the dough into small balls, about the size of a cherry.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press one almond half into the top of each ball, forming a cross pattern.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the Bethmännchen are lightly golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
