- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Rub the chicken thighs and legs with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side.
- Brush the chicken with BBQ sauce and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
