- Rinse the dried shredded cassava (Abacha) with warm water and drain well.
- In a saucepan, heat the palm oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sliced bell peppers. Cook until softened.
- Add the ground peanuts, ground crayfish, ground dried pepper, seasoning cubes, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Add the drained Abacha to the saucepan and mix everything together until well coated with the sauce. Cook for a few minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh vegetables and any optional toppings you desire.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
