We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs. There may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements. For any assistance, please reach out to

About this itemV. Zazzau –
I normally by Embe coconut milk, but I wanted to try this one to see if it was as good as Embe so I could just buy it online. I bought the Thai Kitchen carton coconut milk and it is awful, and that is not an understatement. I shook the carton vigorously, opened it and it was watery and cottage cheesy looking, and that was after shaking the carton, so I poured the liquidy part into my food processor, then I cut open the package and found a huge clump of, I guess, coconut at the bottom of the container and put that mess into the food processor. Then spun it on purée to mix it. It turned creamy then. I then poured it into a mason jar, lidded it and refrigerated it. This morning, I shook the jar, and tasted it, yuck! It tasted like what sour milk tastes like, there was no coconut flavor whatsoever. What a disappointment and I am going to complain to Amazon for selling such a disgusting tasting product. I will also let Thai Kitchen know as well. Don’t buy this in the carton, maybe their canned product is better, but I’m not going to take a chance on that.

Tastes greatI've been finding it kind of hard to find a coconut milk I like but I do like this one and I'm happy I found it. No guar gum if that is a concern.

Make the Switch! We used to use a pretty renowned brand of coconut milk that was so hard to mix – to the point you'd have to put the canned items in a blender to get a milk consistency or else your stuck with coconut fat lumps. Plus, my biggest seller, NO GUAR GUM! It's actually terrible for your digestion and so hard for us to find a brand without it! We love the milk quality, ingredients, ability to cook with it in soups or on cereal, it blends in smoothies, and the packaging doesn't get dented/punctured!

The best coconut milk!My favorite coconut milk with no additives, just coconut and water. I've tried them all and this is the best one out there. All the rest gums or additives and separate or not smooth. This one is so smooth and seems to stay together better.

Great product, great faceLove this stuff. Fabulous for smoothies. Whips up nicely. Great value ordering it here on Amazon. Paid nearly three times as much at our local grocery store.

Economical way to buy coconut milkI discovered Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk while searching for a non-dairy alternative to my favorite coffee additive: heavy cream. I like to add two tablespoons of heavy cream per cup of coffee. With Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk, I felt I'd achieved the same luscious creaminess by adding three tablespoons (one additional tbsp). And what amazed me most was that this product has only two ingredients: water and coconut! Just about every other coconut milk I'd tried had myriad ingredients from sugar to guar gum. So I now truly wonder what is the point of many of those other additives. I also love how it comes in cartons, as opposed to cans. I can store the cartons in a cupboard and only need to refrigerate it once I've opened a carton. This product is also a great dairy/milk substitute for making things like keto yogurt or pudding. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that for simpler uses such as coffee creamer, it gives your coffee a strong, distinctive coconut flavor whether you sweeten it or not. So, you really have to love coconut flavoring if you decide to use this! Though I still love and use heavy cream, there is nothing I recommend more highly than Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk as a dairy alternative.

Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk –
We've been enjoying Thai curry a lot lately. I buy a variety of premixed curry pastes and keep them in the refrigerator so I can make a double batch of curry when the spirit moves me. It's a quick, delicious meal I can prepare in less than an hour, even with frozen protein, which I usually keep on hand, such as chicken breasts, shrimp, pork, and fish. The Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk makes for an excellent main course. I like these aseptic cartons; they are more economical (and environmentally friendly, I *think*?) than cans. One carton equals (almost) two cans you commonly find in the supermarket. It should be noted (although the manufactur makes NO mention of this on the Amazon product page) that the product in cans includes guar gum, whereas the seemingly identical product in these cartons does not. Honestly I don't really think it matters. Not sure why the difference, but I've made curry many times with each version of the coconut milk, and never noticed a difference.
I like the cartons because they're slightly more economical than the cans, and I like to make a double batch so we can eat one for dinner and refrigerate or freeze the other half for later. When I freeze some, I just move it back to the refrigerator a day or two before we use it and it's thawed (sometimes not 100% if it's the next day, but always if it's been 48 hours).
By the way, I stopped buying Thai Kitchen curry pastes in the supermarket. Although we enjoyed them and there's nothing wrong with the taste or quality, they are quite a bit more expensive than the ones I buy here on Amazon. I recommend Mae Ploy curries in four "flavors:" yellow, Massaman, panang, and red.
Yellow (our favorite): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AOFZPW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Massaman (a close second): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AOLH9U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Panang (also very good):

Red (honestly, way too hot for our taste buds, but you can just use 1/2 or 1/4 as much to tone it down, or it can also be used as a supplement to the others; I add a little (1:10) of this to the Massaman paste to give it little more oomph and complexity):

If you really get into this, you might want to consider buying a small container of tamarind paste, which the Mae Ploy Massaman curry paste label directions suggest. We really enjoy it! Adjust quantity to your taste. A little tamarind paste goes a long way!:
