It was not as good as I thought. These tomatoes are supposed to be revered but it could have been the recipe that we did not like. I will not purchase again.

I use this as a base for making quick bolognese and amatriciana sauces. It has a really nice bright and balanced flavor to build on. No cloying flavor notes, over-sweetness etc. Definitely my favorite jar sauce and it's not easy to find. My Whole Foods used to carry it, but no longer. I'm glad I can get it on Amazon.
