While i'm not sure of it's origins really, the sticker looks like they sent the wrong brand of provolone.
Or maybe they just changed the sticker ( odd bc it's another brand )..
Either way, it certainly bites back ; delicious ;

I was unable to find imported provolone cheese on a regular basis in the stores near me. So, I tried ordering from Amazon and specifically, Frank and Sal. Hoping for the best, I was totally pleased with the speed of delivery, the condition of the cheese when it arrived (shipped from NY to CA) and most of all, the flavor and texture of the cheese. This is what I was looking for and will definitely reorder!
