These Gomtang ramen noodles really hit the spot. I love customizing my noodles with different proteins and vegetables, so this brand and flavor are ideal for me. It's not spicy at all. I keep some at the office, some at home, it's always a delight to rip open the beautiful gold packet! These noodles can be cooked as a soup (per package instructions) or with less water in the fried style. Yummy yum yum

This is a convenient case-sized box of 20 packs. They're expensive because folks are often accustomed to ramen being a cheap food, but these are worth the additional price! Great texture and flavor!

This is a great ramen to try when you need a soup dish.
It doesn't contain any spicy ingredients at all and has a pure white broth, so even foreigners and children can eat it safely.
My personal recommendation is to thinly slice the green onions and lightly fry them in a pot with three or four drops of Korean sesame oil. (If you don't have any, any olive oil will do.)
You don't need a lot of it.
About 10 pieces will do. It's almost like crumbs, but it deepens the flavor and aroma of the broth.
After that, just pour in the water and proceed with the normal cooking process.
Of course, you don't have to do that.
It's a delicious ramen even if you cook it as is.
