And They Are Organic, which is The Most Important Factor for me… I don't consume non organic wheat, with all the Glyphosphate sprayed on it, I'd have to have a death wish to do otherwise (LOL)..

Outside not being Organic (which is always a major plus, hence the 4-star rating) the ingredient list is small and doesn't contain bioengineered products. It is Non-GMO! The mix cooks very well if you give it time to rise for a few minutes after mixing with spring water. I never use tap in my foods. It browns well and evenly of a cast iron surface, which I recommend for cooking pancakes. They come out very fluffy and tasty with my favorite 100% organic maple syrups. These are a more than soil and healthier buy
