Very high quality with regard to freshness, flavor, and ease of use.I recently moved to the South and have had difficulty finding Almond Paste in my local grocery store. So I ordered from Amazon and I can tell you, this is the best Almond Paste I have used EVER. I make Madelines and my family immediately remarked on the fresh Almond flavor. The Madelines were gone in 2 days. The price is right on point but the quality is superior to other brands I have tried.
