The positive of this flour is that it works really well in the recipes I’ve tried it in. It was recommended on a GF blog so I was excited to try it. I couldn’t figure out why I was reacting to it though and I went back to read the label again. It’s “naturally gluten free” not certified. It’s also processed in a facility that processes wheat. If you don’t need to worry about that then this is a great flour substitute. I made protein bagels and a batch of cookies with it and they were so tasty!

This product is not almond meal. I have bought other supposed almond flours that were more like meal which is the problem I have using nut flours. This one is super fine and more like wheat flour. Gives better texture anf flavor is less nutty

This flour is used just like regular flour, it doesn't taste like almonds at all. I make all my desserts with this flour.

I have purchased several Keto flours from this company. We are looking for product that has low carb content. This is a great size package for quick use. The quality is excellent. The flour has a good texture and smells great. Many of the flours can be mixed. great value for the money.
