This might not be a fair review but I never claimed to be fair all the time. I have never used this rice vinegar for anything except for the sauce I use for my smashed cucumber salad. I love my smashed cucumber salad so I must love this vinegar collectively. I love the sauce so much that I sometimes make it even if I don't have cucumbers. I dip bread in it. Ate some ramen with it. I tasted this vinegar once and thought it was potent. However, when I tried to make my smashed cucumber salad without it, the sauce was not good enough. So, it is an essential ingredient for my smashed cucumber salad. Unless something better comes along.
