- IBERIA BACALAITOS CODFISH FRITTER MIX is a flour-based batter mixed with typical Puerto Rican herbs and spices.
- STEP 1: Empty contents of the package into a bowl and add 1 cup of water (8 ounces) to the mix, stir until there are no lumps.
- STEP 2: Let the mixture stand for a few minutes.
- STEP 3: Take a spoonful of mixture and fry in oil at medium heat (350 degrees F) for golden brown crispy fritters.
- Try with Iberia hot sauce, Iberia Mayo Ketchup or Iberia spanish brave sauce as a dipping sauce.
