When I needed to switch sweetened cocoa due to cost, I found this gem. I use it every morning to make my mocha! I find I do not need to use as much as stated on the directions. Love the large size and ease of ordering. Tastes great and is now a staple in my cupboard!

Ghiradelli ground chocolate has been my favorite for mochas for many, many years. The rich taste and creamy texture just can't be beat. I just add it right into the steaming pitcher with my milk and it blends seamlessly as I froth. Add a couple of shots of Lavazza Super Crema and… voila! Best. Mocha. Ever.

The quality of this product has stood the test of time. Just in case you’re unfamiliar with this- you can use it to make the most delicious hot chocolate-just add milk, it already is sweetened. Better than the store that rhymes with Tarmucks. You can use it to make the best brownies-whenever I need to go anywhere, I make my “special” brownie recipe that everyone thinks it’s magical. The true magic is this ingredient—you mix with the flour and it makes delicious brownies. The recipe used to be on the can. If not google it. The batter supports almost anything you want to fold into it, like chocolate chips, walnuts pecans, fluff, cherry jam, marshmallows. Just in case I haven’t convinced you, you can also add it to coffee to make a mocha-chino.
