A Little AdventureNeeded this for a Korean recipe I was trying and learned something about this pepper.
It is mild enough for table use and has a unique flavor that we are enjoying with a variety of foods. Wherever you sprinkle black pepper, try this instead.
I know it works in Asian cooking, but haven't tried it with many American dishes. It does taste very good mixed with butter and used as a steak seasoning.
The jar should last a while. The cap has a pour side and a sprinkle side. It arrived properly sealed and good shelf life.

Not too spicyI use this on the regular for my kimchi. I can add a little extra because it's somewhere between chili powder and chili flakes for heat. It tastes a bit more flavorful than either of those two things. As we all know kimchi gets spicier and more sour the older it gets so this stuff is the perfect in between. I really like it for all my Korean food and some other Asian foods. It's also great with ramen and eggs.

Very favorableThis seasoning is wonderful; I'm quite fond of it. I use it on my cucumbers and meats. It's not overly spicy, but it's full of delicious flavor and aroma.
The bottle wasn't completely full when it arrived, but I believe that's just due to the bottle's size. I assume the weight is accurate.

Super tasty, worth the priceSuper tasty, great value and the smell is spicy. The color looks good and the heat level is about a 5/10 depending on how much you use. I think its a good Quantity for the price and has good cooking abilities, I love to put it on burgers.
