I'm not fond of sticky rice, but this is an exception. It does have a blueberry tang to it which makes it very flavorful. Love it!

Delicious, nutritious, and fun to use as a base for salads. Just remember that light clothing might be stained if a spoonful drops in your lap.

Make no mistake, it's good. BUT … It takes much longer to cook than another brand. And it's clumpy or sticky like a short gain sweet rice (again as compared to another brand). I think I like the other brand better. But it's still good and not a waste (compared to the other brand).

LUV this rice! Such a rich flavor and texture compared to short grain white.
It's much more filling to eat, too. I use a simple rice cooker, let it soften in warming water for about 25 minutes, then turn it to 'cook'. Comes out great.
Well packaged as well.
