I couldn’t wait and baked a box of 6 frozen. The product came with instructions for both defrosted or frozen manicotti. Basically 20-minutes at 425 for defrosted or 40-45 minutes frozen.
Absolutely delicious! If you’ve never had hand-made manicotti versus store bought manicotti noodles, there’s a huge, huge difference. Even if you can have this same high quality ricotta cheese to stuff the manicotti, it’s still not going to taste the same in store bought noodles.
I’m so happy I decided to order this manicotti. My wife agreed, that this was far superior to any manicotti we’ve had over the past 10-15 years. It’s going to taste even better when I have the time to make a fresh sauce.
Living in the NW restricts my options for quality Italian food, so I was so happy to see Frank & Sal’s Italian market listed on Amazon.
I’ll be re-ordered these manicotti around Christmas, when our kids come home. They already asked for it and I know they’re going to love these manicotti too!

Brought back many fond memories from Mama Leone's to X-mas Eve with the Italian side of the family, of coarse the priest always came to eat with us.
