I purchased this Celtic salt when it was recommended by a health conscious friend. Just a few grains in water help to keep me hydrated better than water alone. With just a few grains of salt in the water it doesn’t taste salty. I haven’t cooked with it yet.

This bag that my husband picked out was even better than my last bag, because it is finely ground. A+ on finely ground texture. 11/10 More benefits than you think!This is perfect for salt replacement of your usual table salt! M the taste is so much better, it’s a bit moist so you can’t put it in a shaker but the texture is like Himalayan salt and super easy to use from the bag! I would recommend getting a container to hold salt to sprinkle it! It has so many more benefits and is HUGE for making an electrolyte concentrate. I use 1 tablespoon in 8 oz of water and use 1 tablespoon in a 32oz drink with water packets so I’m hydrated during the summer!! 11/10!

Helps your body stay hydratedThis does help with hydration, a pinch on the tongue before consuming water does great for your body. It taste ok for salt not too salty. I like the smaller grained versus the bigger one.
