I am a fan of Celtic Sea Salt from now on for the rest of my life. This bag that my husband picked out was even better than my last bag, because it is finely ground. A+ on finely ground texture. The courser stuff takes too long to run through my salt grinder, so I think I prefer the preground stuff. It seems to be nice and dry, so the moisture level and stickiness is low. Taste is excellent. As far as value for money… Celtic Sea salt is worth more than regular table salt because of the natural mineral content. According to Barbara Oneil, certain minerals essentially help open up your cells to let water in which helps to hydrate you. And when you have a background of a chronic illness like me, every little bit of healing helps.

I love this sea salt,I use it for everything that needs salt. Love the taste, not at all strong like your table salt, just a clean fresh taste. Highly recommend this product. One thing though to call your attention to is that if you have a salt shaker that has a stainless steel top it will rust. Because this salt is โwetโ not like your regular salt. I already had 2 salt shaker rusted, so Iโm looking for a different solution.

I purchased this Celtic salt when it was recommended by a health conscious friend. Just a few grains in water help to keep me hydrated better than water alone. With just a few grains of salt in the water it doesnโt taste salty. I havenโt cooked with it yet.

I recently purchased the Fine Ground Classic Celtic Sea Salt (5 lb bag), and itโs been a fantastic addition to my kitchen.
Pros:
โ Rich, Natural Flavor: The flavor is noticeably more robust and complex compared to regular table salt. It enhances dishes without being overly harsh, bringing out the natural taste of foods.
โ Unrefined & Nutritious: This salt is minimally processed, retaining its natural minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which adds to both the taste and nutritional value.
โ Fine Ground Texture: The fine grind makes it easy to sprinkle evenly, whether youโre using it in cooking, baking, or as a finishing salt. It dissolves quickly, even in cold dishes.
โ Bulk Value: The 5-pound bag is excellent value for the price, especially for those who cook regularly or prefer buying in bulk.
Cons:
โ ๏ธ Slight Moisture Retention: Since itโs unrefined, the salt tends to retain a bit of moisture, which can cause minor clumping. Storing it in an airtight container helps.
โ ๏ธ Price: Itโs more expensive than regular table salt, but the quality and health benefits justify the cost for me.
Final Thoughts:
The Fine Ground Classic Celtic Sea Salt is a high-quality, flavorful, and nutritious choice for anyone looking to upgrade their seasoning. Its natural mineral content and rich taste make it well worth the investment.

This is perfect for salt replacement of your usual table salt! M the taste is so much better, itโs a bit moist so you canโt put it in a shaker but the texture is like Himalayan salt and super easy to use from the bag! I would recommend getting a container to hold salt to sprinkle it! It has so many more benefits and is HUGE for making an electrolyte concentrate. I use 1 tablespoon in 8 oz of water and use 1 tablespoon in a 32oz drink with water packets so Iโm hydrated during the summer!! 11/10!

This does help with hydration, a pinch on the tongue before consuming water does great for your body. It taste ok for salt not too salty. I like the smaller grained versus the bigger one.
not a nutritionist but these are great –
