    Great flavor for any rice dish that you will make. I always sauté my rice in butter or oil. I added the seasoning, i then add a chicken stock and let it simmer and eventually the rice absorbs all the chicken stock and you come up with a delicious batch of rice.
    I’m so glad I purchased this item was on time, in a tightly sealed that was absolutely lovely.

    Delicious Seasoning

    This is the second time purchasing this seasoning and I LOVE it. I start with a little when I make fried rice and then add more as needed. I always include sesame oil and low sodium soy sauce. This seasoning isn't too salty but depending on your taste, don't add additional salt just in case it's enough for you. Recommend this! Much better than grocery store products that are similar.

    My children are half Japanese and we make a LOT of rice. I saw this seasoning and had to try it. I loved the tin it comes in. It makes sifting onto the rice super easy, you can add a lot or a little. I have to admit, I also used the seasoning on my eggs in a basket yesterday and it was very good. So to me it has a variety of uses, not just on fried rice. The quality of the tin is good so it would look nice sitting in your spice rack, the price was right and overall it was a great purchase. I would recommend and will repurchase again in the future (very near future if I find more things to use it on)
