Orrichette is my favorite pasta for soup. The name means little hats and the hollows hold the broth and De Cecco makes a very good pasta. It does not get soggy or fall apart after a day in the soup. My soups do not last much longer. I love soup so I make very good ones. As always, Amazon is much less costly than the stores. Sometimes I feel guilty that I am not supporting local business, but who can afford that anymore?
