I find this pasta to be the most versatile. It cooks beautifully, creating a very starchy pasta water that works well with carbonara. Definitely a stable in my house now: upgraded without being over priced.

This is our families go to pasta. I only buy it when it’s on sale but when I do, I always stock up it’s a really good quality and my kids love it which is important and I love the ingredients the only pasta brand I would buy.

I've always loved Dececco. Even before it was popular. I find it less starchy when boiling than cheaper pasta. Always cooks up well. Hard to overcook if you time it right 7,-10 minutes. Undercooking it slightly and leaving it in sauce makes s perfect al dente.

I did not realize pasta from a box could be as good as De Cecco is. I lived in Italy for 8 years, and in my opinion, this is the best "affordable" pasta option available to us in USA. It's got that powdery feel out of the box like it was made/handled properly somewhere and someone put it into the box manually. The rigatoni is very authentic, and I was so excited to eat the Bucatini, but ended up giving those away as a Christmas gift because I didn't have anything else as nice! The family I gave the Bucatini said it was hands down the best pasta they've ever had. I pretty much won't cook pasta at home now unless it's this brand.
