It’s clean, tastes and smells like the crayfish I know in Nigeria. Used it to cook and I loved it. I had gotten a different brand before this one and I was not impressed. I only gave this 4 stars just cos I think it’s a bit expensive for the quantity but that’s expected when buying most African products abroad. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I will definitely be buying this again.
