Huge fan of this mustard, would give it full 5 stars. Have probably ordered it 5+ times from amazon after originally purchasing at the National Mustard Museum outside Madison, WI on a business trip.
Amazon fulfillment of my recent 4 orders has been dismal. 2 were delayed so long they were cancelled (probably procurement/supply chain, but still terrible communication). the last 2 orders have both arrived with product seal broken and significant leakage. The packaging just was obviously inadequate.
To get a refund for the first broken jar, I had to 1) message the seller then get rejected, then 2) call amazon. It was annoying but it worked.
The 2nd one, I just am so annoyed. I can't believe I'm still typing this idiotic review about stupid, delicious mustard.
I suppose I feel a little guilty. The National Mustard Museum deserves my business. Bye bye, uncle Jeff!

OK, I'm addicted! This mustard has just the right level of heat, acid, etc. Delicious on lunch meat, with chicken, sandwiches, etc. It's not cheap, but it's sooooo good.
