   I eat this oatbran everyday. The macros and taste is far above other brands. It keeps me regular too. I have them on auto ship.

   Very easy to cook. I use a small metal whisk as I stir the oatmeal into the boiling water to blend well.

   My husband enjoys this healty and tasty oatbran oatmeal plain. I do also, but I add raisens, strawberry slices and some cut up banana as it cooks . Yummy.

   My dad leaned the oat bran diet from a friend and wanted to try it. SO FAR SO GOOD. He likes the fragrance of the oat bran, whether mixed it with yogurt, egg and/or fruits. It also helped his irregularity.
