I read many reviews and decided to purchase these to try them for myself. I do have problems with gluten and only eat sourdough bread because of the fermentation process making it easier for digestion. I have been eating rice noodles, but wanted to try this as soon as I heard about them. Some reviews said that it had a sour or tangy taste. I did not experience any unpleasant taste. There was a faintness of tanginess. If I had not read these comments in the reviews about the tanginess, I don’t even think I would’ve noticed it.
I did try them without sauce to see what the true flavor was. I enjoyed these noodles very much, and, knowing that they are fermented and sourdough, that is the bonus for me!
The rice noodles that I buy are comparable in price to these. Swapping out for these is a plus..
Cook time was eight minutes. They turned out perfect.
I was already familiar with the brand. I buy their no added sugar Strawberry jam and it is delicious. I also am using their olive oil. Love that their products are organic.

I am wheat intolerant but can handle sourdough so these pasta products are perfect. No digestive issues. The package and outer packaging kept the pasta from arriving broken.

There isn’t any sourdough flavor to these noodles. They taste like whole wheat pasta. However, they were still good as far as noodles go.
