Great for pasta or salad recipes

Had to buy a case to get a decent price. This form is difficult to find since Barilla introduced Gemelli in its microwave products format. This traditional option is much better for family served portions and has much better al dente characteristics, plus better overall value per serving. Having to buy 16 pounds of pasta at a time is a bit of a necessary nuisance. Shared half with friends and family to prepare at home.

This is my favorite pasta for everything from cold salads, soups and hot dinner ideas! It cooks up tender, yet a little firm so the texture is amazing! I purchase it by the case as our local stores don’t carry it. Try it and I’m sure it will become your “go to” pasta!
