Aunthentic and freshI lived in Dubai for a few years and there was a bakery there called Al Jadeed Bakery. These pitas remind me of the ones my family would get from that bakery. These arrived very quickly and arrived very very fresh. I could smell the pitas from outside the box. Now I have a place to get authentic pitas for shawarmas and falafel rolls. Will definitely purchase again.

The perfect thin pitaI have not been able to find good thin Syrian pita around me – I use it for hummus at home but also for Shawarma. Everything from the local markets is too thick and a very white washed version of pita, so I took a chance on this and I’m so glad I did. This is the perfect pita if you’re looking for authentic and thin Syrian style pita.
If you’re looking to stuff these, it’s not going to work. The taste and texture is perfect for dipping and wrapping. I will absolutely come back and buy more of these.
