My kids have food allergies so we do a lot of baking. The kids also like making muffins a lot so it’s a great value and lasts a while. I like that it doesn’t have aluminum. The only thing is the container is really big so I usually put about 1/2 a cup in a glass jar and use that when I’m baking.
