You know that part in the Wizard of Oz where they laid down in the flowers and fell asleep? I died there after eating this honey. No joke, the amount of wildflower flavor in this honey is almost off putting; my morning sandwich tasted like a bouquet of dried potpourri and peanut butter. So why 5 stars then? Well, the bottle says wildflower honey and it tasted like, well, wildflowers. On a serious note, good viscosity with a medium pour, light in color, sugar level is average, the flavor harmonized better with my cold chai (tastes really good in tea) however on a sandwich I found it to be suffocating and too present; I like my honey subtle and sweet.
