Good quality wildflower honey . Very affordable for this large size. I can taste the wildflower's essence in the honey. Smells very fresh . I use this in tea and yogurt and on toast . Because this is a generous 2 lb size for the affordable price I paid I can enjoy every day!! It also pairs well with cinnamon and honey on my toast .

I'm picky about my honey that I enjoy in my early morning cup of coffee, so I've tried many different kinds all of which I have been disappointed. I love the light colored wild flower honey which is hard to find. I ordered this for the first time and I was delighted at the sweet honey taste. I have just reordered and I hope it will taste the same. If I'm not disappointed it will be my go to honey.

Very good honey. Taste great to me, but I'm no expert on honey. I shopped the price mostly as we use it to sweeten our coffee in the mornings, so we're too pickey about the raw taste.
Up date on seconed order: Good product. Good price. Nothing wrong with this honey. Good as any. Problem: Packers are graded on speed and out put of packaging. Still, you must take a few seconda to tape some fome or paper aroun the cap. They break easily and must be protected. One of mine arrived half broken, but did not leak. I know you are working hard and need to make a living, but Packers, pack the tops better!

I've tried a lot of wildflower honeys and have never been super happy with them. This one, however, exceeded my expectations and I purchased it multiple times. It has a wonderful taste, and you get a lot for your money. I will continue to buy and I recommend this product to others.

Great tasting honey. It’s not as sweet as I thought and it has this faint but delightful floral fragrance to it that makes it so appealing. I’m not a fan of flowery scents in food, but something about this in honey just makes it feel natural and delicious! Will be subscribing to these.

This is good honey!
I recently got this honey and another one that costs 1.5 times as much (that comes with a tiny piece of honey comb in it), and side by side, they are almost exactly the same, in both taste and color.
I get the whole "buy small, buy local" thing, which is why I bought both and I was expecting the "local" honey to be much better than the overly mass produced faceless corporation honey…but it just wasn't.
The smell is awesome, like rich, bold HONEY…
There was no leakage. The threads were clean, which I cannot say about the "local" honey.
The consistency and texture is perfect. It's also the middle of summer, so honey flows better in the summer.
There is a little foaming (just tiny bubbles, no off smells) at the top, I am not sure what caused that, it's not forming new bubbles and there's absolutely no crystallization.
I use it to make the perfect honey mustard dressing.
I use equal parts honey, mustard (I used French's yellow), and a mild tasting mayo.
I know it sounds gross, but once mixed and on a salad it's pretty good and I know what's in it.
Anyway, I will be buying this honey again.
