Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 Rooibos tea bags or 4 tablespoons of loose Rooibos tea leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar (optional)
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Method
 

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from the heat and add the Rooibos tea bags or loose tea leaves.
  3. Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
  4. Remove the tea bags or strain out the loose tea leaves.
  5. You can sweeten the tea with honey or sugar if desired.
  6. Serve the Rooibos tea in cups and garnish with lemon slices if you like.
  7. Enjoy!
