Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups shaved ice (you can use a shaved ice machine or crush ice in a blender)
  • 1 can sweetened red beans
  • 1 cup fresh fruits chopped, (such as strawberries, mangoes, kiwi)
  • 1/2 cup mochi (chopped rice cakes)
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
Optional toppings:
  • ice cream
  • cereal
  • nuts

Method
 

  1. Divide the shaved ice into 4 serving bowls.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of sweetened red beans over the shaved ice in each bowl.
  3. Add a layer of chopped fresh fruits and mochi on top of the red beans.
  4. Drizzle condensed milk and sweetened condensed milk over the ingredients in each bowl.
  5. Add any optional toppings you like, such as a scoop of ice cream, cereal, or nuts.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious homemade patbingsu!
