Method
- Marinate the beef slices in a mixture of 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside for about 15-20 minutes.
- Cook each vegetable separately by blanching or sautéing them until they are cooked but still slightly crunchy. Season each vegetable with a bit of sesame oil and soy sauce. Set aside.
- In a hot skillet, cook the marinated beef slices until cooked through. Set aside.
- Fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.
- To assemble, divide the cooked rice among 4 bowls. Arrange the cooked vegetables, beef, and fried egg on top of the rice in a colorful pattern.
- Serve immediately with a dollop of gochujang on top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Mix everything together before eating to enjoy all the flavors combined.
