Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground peanuts, grated coconut, and honey. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a ball or block. Repeat until all the mixture is used up, making 4 portions.
- Place each portion of the mixture onto a piece of banana leaf or parchment paper. Wrap and shape them into neat packages.
- Refrigerate the wrapped Kobas for at least 1-2 hours to firm up.
- Unwrap and serve the Kobas as a delicious snack or dessert. Enjoy the sweet and nutty flavors of this traditional Malagasy treat!
