Fried plaice

Method
- Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the fillets in flour, dip them in beaten eggs, and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the plaice fillets in the hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fillets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
- Serve the fried plaice hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce on the side.
- Enjoy!
