  • Rinse the poha in a colander under running water until it softens. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

  • Add diced potatoes and green peas. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
