- 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Chili oil (store-bought or homemade)
- Soy sauce for serving

- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Mix well to combine.
- Place a small amount of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing to seal. Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings to the boiling water and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until they float to the top and are cooked through.
