Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Garlic Bread Ingredients:
  • 1 loaf French bread sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Instructions:
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
Garlic Bread Instruction:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture onto the sliced French bread.
  4. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the butter is melted.
