Cajun Chicken Fettuccine with Garlic Bread

- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture onto the sliced French bread.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the butter is melted.
