They typically consist of a soft tortilla filled with tender and flaky fish, often marinated in a blend of spices and lime juice. The fish is usually grilled or fried until it’s perfectly cooked, then topped with an array of fresh ingredients like shredded cabbage, salsa, guacamole, and a drizzle of creamy sauce.
