- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Take the cottage cheese (chhena) in a large mixing bowl and mash it well until it becomes smooth and free of lumps.
- Add the sugar and cardamom powder to the mashed chhena and mix everything together until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish or cake pan with ghee and spread the chhena mixture evenly in it.
- Drizzle the remaining ghee over the top of the chhena mixture.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
- Once done, remove the Chhena Poda from the oven and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Once cooled, slice it into desired shapes and serve.
