  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take the cottage cheese (chhena) in a large mixing bowl and mash it well until it becomes smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Add the sugar and cardamom powder to the mashed chhena and mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Grease a baking dish or cake pan with ghee and spread the chhena mixture evenly in it.
  5. Drizzle the remaining ghee over the top of the chhena mixture.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
