- Add the ground meat and cook, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned.
- Add the green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the tomatoes have broken down and become saucy.
- Add the frozen peas and water and stir well. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes until the curry has thickened slightly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges and your choice of rice or bread.
